Ok guys its on. The 1st ever Northern Coalition BBQ
Now - my plan is to basically get everyone there Friday, bit of a laugh get together, some activities, drinks more drinks and basically getting rat arsed.
Saturday will be a day of all day activities...still thinking on these then prepping for a big BBQ and piss up on the night time.
Sunday we pack up, leave the area like it was then head home.
Now this is a field guys so its gonna be tents, tents and more tents. Oh and a caravan or 2 for the old ones. There are hotels and such close by for the weak and feable of you and I will get you some details soon.
There are of course costs for the BBQ. The field, toilets, food etc all cost money so we will have to charge a £30 fee for entrance. This is non refundable, unless the event is cancelled. All money needs to be paid to a paypal account I have setup.

6) Fill in your details
7) I will accept you to the list once I have seen you have paid.
UPDATE - Last date for Money going to PAYPAL is Thursday 14th August. If you have not paid by then, please bring your cash on the day.

Well the majority of people are going to camp..yes thats tents guys and girls. Did some searching around and found this link

Get all the tents up, crack the BBQ's out and chill out :)
Saturday
Well Saturday Night will be the Big BBQ so my plan is to get a load of Big BBQ's on the go, raid the supermarkets on the way down the BBQ itself of on the saturday Morning then light them up with a food station etc. So anyone coming in Cars/vans that have those Uber big, Smart BBQ's bring them with you. Please bring whatever foods you want guys, the cash coming in will cover a load of the basics but the more food and drink the better.
Breakfasts and Lunch's
Again this is going to be up to you guys to sort this out for yourselves. I will be looking into where the local Mcdonalds is located.
Special Requriments
If you are alergic to any of the foods i have mentioned or nuts etc or have any kind of food preferances then please cater for yourselves. Vegetarians we can set up a couple of BBQ's for you guys and such like.
Entertainment
I have a couple of people on the go with this one. Any and all ideas are welcome but things like Sumo Suits, 5 a side, softball and Eve Quizes (Drinking Fines imposed for incorrect answers of course) will all be there.
I will be ordering this an inflatable jousting arena too.....TOOOO FUNNY
Drink
Its strictly bring your own. I will be asking for donations for a huge Punch, so bring whatever else you want in the there. The only thing I will say is that I am in no way responsibile for your hangovers ... bring resolve.
Rules
There will be very little in the way of rules except basic respect. You will all be signing wavers when we get there saying you are responsible for yourselves and you antics. Anyone damaging property, breaking laws or basically giving us a bad name will be ejected with no refund. So please act responsibly.
